Cedar Centre is a non-profit charitable organization dedicated to eliminating the effects of childhood trauma. The Centre provides a variety of services that are free of charge to residents of York Region and some surrounding areas without similar services. The Programs include intensive trauma-specific therapy for children, youth, adults and seniors who have experienced all forms of childhood abuse including, but not limited to, childhood sexual abuse. Cedar Centre also provides educational support for caregivers, group programming for youth and adults, as well as outreach and prevention programs.
